Campbell funeral home in New York City and to a crematorium in New Jersey on Sept. 6, reported by the the New York Post. The TV host's funeral service was attended by her children, Melissa and grandson, Cooper, the entire members of E! Fashion Police hosts as well as friends and family. A larger funeral for the late comedy legend will be held September 7 at Temple Emanu-El in Manhattan. The comic had previously detailed in her 2012 book I Hate Everyone… Starting With Me exactly what she wanted for her funeral. Joan wanted all the lights, cameras, action of Hollywood, and Melissa is reportdedly doing everything she can to make her late mother’s wish come true. A source tells Us Weekly Joan will have a red carpet at her funeral and the rug, which Joan’s family and friends will walk upon outside Temple Emanu-El, will then be buried with the legendary comedienne.
