a bird fell fro high tension wire and turns to woman

I was surfing on twitter when i saw this According to Twitter handler, @davidTheGear,some couple of minutes ago at Oshodi,in Lagos state a bird fell from a high tension wire and landed on the ground and turned into a woman. The woman that the bird supposedly turned into had most of her skin peeled.
