Mercy Johnson has spoken again of her love pertaining to actress Genevieve Nnaji, which she says is the woman's role model. Speaking using City People magazine, Mercy Johnson said the lady adores Genevieve and doesn't understand what she can do which will be better than what Genevieve has done in the movie industry
"I think I have among the finest role models ever. I prefer Genevieve like crazy. I started watching her movies from your onset but I didn't strive to be Genevieve, I wanted to get Mercy with the motivation that a Genevieve could give myself. So I watched lots of movies. I don't engage in with her movies. I don't know just what I can do which will be better than what she has done. But I just try and improve on it, try and do it the way she could do it and maybe even better to my very own level. I practice like continuously. It is like a passion. It is just where I must be. I am alive and We are in my space. It turned out paramount to perfect which space. I need everything. I watch everything. Almost nothing passes me by. Mercy went further to express that her love for Genevieve never been hypocritical.
"It was never a hypocritical form of love or likeness. It turned out plain. I didn't even ever think I most certainly will become close to the woman's. It is like I'm able to meet her anytime I want to".
On how the lady felt when she first met Genevieve Nnaji;
"Ahh! Initially I met her, my good friend took me there. After we got to where the lady was, I became tense. I told my buddy "no, let me hide within your boot". And I would. I got into the woman's boot. Can you imagine I came to see her and when i got there, I wanted to run back. I hopped into my friend's trunk. So when she came outside the hotel, I could not really see her, I could possibly only hear her voice. The 2nd time My spouse and i saw her was with set. When she emerged down and I met her, she said" "Ahh! Mercy, I like your movies" and I started crying. I is at tears of joy. My spouse and i said "Aunty Genny, so that you watch my movies? ". She was sort associated with embarrassed. Before I met her, she had already known that there was somebody who was crazily nuts about her. She was actually nice to me, reactive.
