In accordance with reports, Boko Haram militants are beheading teenagers in the Christian local community in Gwoza, the Borno town which the insurgent group recently had taken over and declared an Islamic caliphate.
Sources from the town claim that Christian men who refuse to convert to Islam are now being beheaded while the women are now being forced into marriages using the insurgents.
"It is quite clear that terrorism has no friend, but it is abundantly clear which the Christians are worst strike. The whole town along with the Parish rectory have been occupied because of the terrorists. So many structures and items happen to be vandalized. Dozens have been killed and lots of church structures have been recently burnt down. Christians within the town are really in a very terrible situation, a moment of great persecution. Roscoe men were caught as well as beheaded, the women were forced to get Muslims and were taken as wives towards the terrorists. ” Rev. Fr. “It might surprise one to know that no one knows the situation in this terrorist area. The houses of Christians that contain fled are now occupied because of the ‘haramists’. Their cars are widely-used by the terrorists, ” Rev Obasogie said.
He also said Boko Haram sympathizers in Gwoza showed the militants homes owned by Christians and even showed them where a number of the Christians went to hide in the event the killing began. They were fished out and slain.
